2019 Pinot Noir Pairings
A blend of two non estate vineyards, Union School in the South Willamette Valley and Big Cheese in the Eola-Amity Hills, our 'Pairings' is a wine club exclusive wine, which Sheree delves into her developing cookbook to find the perfect complimentary dish. Each wine club shipment includes a recipe that we hope finds it's way to your dining room table. Pure red cherry fruit jumps out on nose with developing darker tones and blueberry weight. Earth and pencil shavings provide complexity and balance to the initial burst of fresh fruit. On the palate, this is a lighter bodied and elegant Pinot Noir, but has the texture and length that can see it through to cellaring 5-10 years. Only 75 cases were produced.
