2021 Pinot Blanc
Alsatian in style, our estate Pinot Blanc walks the line between bright acidity and rich mouthfeel. This is a balanced wine that pairs wonderfully with food, yet can also be enjoyed on its own. The Pinot Blanc is largely fermented in neutral oak and aged sur lie with some battonage.
Pairings: seared sea scallops, mussels, and other simple dishes that compliment the bright acidity of the wine. Also, in the tasting room we will often pair the Pinot Blanc with cheeses, such as a triple creme bourgogne or an assortment of local goat cheese (Fern's Edge Goat Dairy).
