Domek Cioppino Pop-up

Join us for a dinner long in the making! On Sunday, September 13th Brigadoon Wine Co. and Domek Restaurant present “Summer Farewell” a signature Cioppino dinner with Willamette Valley flare! Chef Andrew Hroza will present his version of this San Francisco classic along with select pairings from the Brigadoon catalogue. 

A three-course dinner served al fresco on the splendor of the Brigadoon lawn:

  To Begin: Bulgarian Farmer’s Cheese with crisp, pickled vegetables and rye crackers paired with Pinot Blanc 'Joy Arlene'

  Cioppino Feast: Served Family Style and featuring all the bounty of the Pacific! Paired with Pinot Noir and loaves of buttery focaccia and sourdough

•  

  Dessert: Polish Honey cake - a Domek classic. Paired with dry Riesling (and the gentle setting sun!)  

$95/person, gratuity included
